CMAT NOTIFICATION
COMMON MANAGEMENT ADMISSION TEST (CMAT)- 2014-15 (FIRST TEST)
AICTE conducts National level Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) twice a year for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admission in all managem ent programm es approved by AICTE.
AICTE has now decided to conduct CMAT in Foreign Countries for facilit ating eligible NRIs/PIOs and foreign nationals to appear in CMAT for seeking admission in institutions in India following CMAT merit list for 2014-15 under special provisions defined in AICTE Approval Process and against all vacancies left after complet ion of centralized admission in m anagem ent institutions.
The notification is issued to announce the schedule for conducting First Test of Common Managem ent Admission
Test (CMAT) for admission for academ ic year 2014-15.
The candidates will be given two opportunities to appear in
CMAT; first in September, 2013 and Second in February,
2014. The better of two scores will be used for admission for
2014-15.

Eligibility
Graduat es in any discipline or Final year students of Graduate Courses (10+2+3) whose result will be declared before commencem ent of admission for 2014 can apply for CMAT online.
Note: In case of foreign nationals the eligibility will be as per recognition
and equivalence standards notified by Association of Indian
Universities.

Note: AICTE reserves the right to change or cancel any test venue / centre and
/ or change the test time and dates at their own discretion.

The det ailed m erit list will be provided to the respective State Governm ents for allotting the students through central counseling or otherwise as per their notified admission procedure.
In case there is no central counseling Scores awarded will be used for adm ission in the AICTE approved Institutes/University Departments.
