ADMISSION 2013
a. Regular Programs (only for women) Program/ Course Details- The University is residential in nature so its compulsory to join University Hostel for the student taking admission in University and Day Boardership is allowed for Domicile students of District Ajmer, Jaipur & Sikar only.
- Regular General, Technical & Professional Progrmas/ Courses are only for Women Candidates.
- Candidates may apply for regular programs/ courses through following processes:
A) Admission without Scholarship & with Fee Relaxation (प्रवेश बिना किसी छात्रवृति के एवं केवल फीस रियायत के साथ) - Form A
- • Direct Admission without any Entrance Exam
OR
- • Through JEE (Mains) (AIEEE)-CCB Counseling or through Entrance Exam score card CLAT/ MAT/ NATA/ GATE/ ATMA/ GPAT/NAT/E-NAT/State or Central or University Level Entrance Exam based.
OR
B) Admission with Scholarship & with Fee Relaxation (प्रवेश छात्रवृति एवं फीस रियायत दोनों के साथ) - Form B
- • Through University’s "Joint National Entrance Exam(JNEE) for Women -2013" based (विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित संयुक्त राष्ट्रीय महिला प्रवेश परीक्षा 2013’ के आधार पर)
• परीक्षा तिथि–(Exam Date) 31 March-Offline (Online – Anytime, Anywhere from 15 April Onward)
• परीक्षा केंद्र(Exam Center) देश के प्रमुख शहरों में
• Exam Centre Detail
Process (प्रक्रिया) - II
After selection of the student through process A or B, the Pre Merit list is displayed on website on following basis:
* 9th Marks Percentage are considered for Pre-Merit List for admission in After 10th Programs
* 10th Marks Percentage are considered for Pre-Merit List for admission in After 12th Programs
* 12th Marks Percentage are considered for Pre-Merit List for admission in After Graduation Programs
Admission Steps (प्रवेश क्रम):
STEP I.
Candidate has to dispatch dully filled form either (1) Admission Application Form (along with DD of ` 200/-)- Form A OR (2) Joint National Entrance Exam-JNEE (along with DD of ` 200/-) - Form B along with relevant documents at University address. Please note that you have to send only one Form out of the two, for whatever process you wish to apply (A or B of Process I) for admission. Demand Draft (DD) to be drawn in favour of ‘Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University’ payable at Jaipur. Kindly mention your Name & Program name on back side of the DD.
Note: Candidates applying for Integrated Programs shall fill Admission Application Form-A (through Process I A) only as JNEE is not applicable on these Programs.
STEP II.
Candidates may check their status of selection in Pre Merit list by submitting their Form No. at Admission Status Panel.
STEP III.
Selected candidates have to fill Admission Cum Enrolment Form-2013 (Form Fee Rs. 500/-) and send it to the University along with the confirmation fee to confirm the admission.
* - Admission Fee- Inclusive of Admission fee for Academics and Hostel and Admission Kit (Bag, University Sari, Tie & I Card), Uniform, Medical Insurance & Mobile Locker facilities.
# - Caution Money – Refundable without interest after completion of course.
- Text Books, Stationary cost & Examination Fees are not included.
